Improved Time Sharing Ownership

We are proud to offer an improved version of time sharing ownership through a cooperative association. The cooperative association shares are divided into blocks of four weeks, granting individuals the right to use a chalet during their designated time period. One may purchase up to 52 weeks per Chalet, which equals 13 blocks of four weeks. This innovative ownership model provides the flexibility to enjoy the benefits of ownership while allowing for shared usage and cost distribution.
Chalet Ownership and General Assembly
Each chalet within our retreat represents one voice in the general assembly of the cooperative association. This ensures that all chalet owners have an equal say in the decision-making process that affects the retreat community. With a maximum of 13 users per chalet, we maintain a balance between privacy and a vibrant communal atmosphere.
